I have been searching all day long, the websites are run by the same company. I can't get a hold of anyone, been leaving email after email and phoning them is to no avail...you just get a busy signal. Is it the same company you ordered from? If so, how did you ever get a hold of someone? My mukka has not yet arrived, have been tracking with UPS and they haven't even received the damn package yet! I live 1 1/2 hrs from NY city...I just might catch the bus up there and go knockin on their door! The company's owner's name is Peter Zanetti. Well, let me know if this is the same guy/company you dealt with...gonna have to kick some ass if I don't hear back soon! Fucking ridiculous!
