Poseidon is one of my favorite films, and you shouldn't ruin it for those who DO like the movie. It was suspenseful and had a lot of action. And I saw it at least 4 times. I think that it is classic in nature. It provides a thrill, suspense, some kind of romance, tragedy and clear problem to solve.
