I completely agree with you, Catrina. And I think that these people should die. Its kinda annoying that animal testing saves the lives of people who don't deserve life. Reply once you get this please

Allo! How are you Lucy? It's dark and a little rainy in LA today - very unusual - so curry and hangovers sounds like the perfect companion.

Hope you are keeping well.

I am also planning to do reviews when I have a second of the play (which I saw in DC), the two books, and the actual interviews themselves. And then do a comparison and decide which is best.

Reading that, all that was missing was a pint of cold beer, a pub to sit in and your good self to have a good ranting session about Nixon, Through the Keyhole and no doubt many other increasingly tenuously related topics. In fact, I can almost smell the curry, and feel the edges of the hangover.

Hope you're keeping well.

Kieren, thanks for posting up these legal documents! With respect, the 10 million albums is NOT "a US thing". Satriani is internationally famous within his niche market of instrumental rock. Music being the universal language, he is loved and revered by guitarists, musicians, and listeners throughout the world. Naturally the LA lawyer starts by asking for maximum damages. This is standard negotiation technique. It doesn't mean this will be the final settlement; this is only a shot across the bow. As you point out, no one with any sense thinks Coldplay will stop performing the song. And it was the Chiffons who sued George Harrison. Again, very much appreciate your efforts to illuminate the public by posting these documents and posting your analysis.
