The wedding will be held at 1 Fort Mason, San Francisco.
Right in the heart of San Francisco, 1 Fort Mason was built in 1885 and used to be the home to commanding generals. It lives in a peculiarly cosy little neighbourhood with trees and grass and has a terrific view of the port of San Francisco and Fisherman’s Wharf. It’s at the top of the hill on the right-hand-side.
We are planning to get married outside with the view in the background and then head into the building for the reception. One Fort Mason is run by the San Francisco Parks and Recreation Department and all proceeds from the wedding go to support the city parks, maintaining them and the historic landmarks that they surround.
